I am a reseller and offer great items at fantastic prices! Items are either brand new, new/open box, used, or refurbished. Each auction is clearly identified as to what kind of item is being offered up for sale. I do not sell any gray market goods.
I receive many questions everyday and have posted this FAQ to answer many of the questions I get asked repeatedly.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
I take great effort in describing each item as accurately as I possibly can to provide the best auction experience and make your bid/purchase more informative and enjoyable.
I often sell many identical items and as a result often re-use the same auction description for multiple items.
BIDDING
Please do your research and read each auction description carefully before placing a bid. Once a bid is placed and you are the winning bidder, you have entered into a legal contract to purchase the item offered in the auction.
All my auctions are private due to the high amount of fraud with scammers contacting my bidders and offering to sell them merchandise which often does not exist.
SECOND CHANCE OFFERS
Because I often sell identical merchandise, I often send 2nd chance offers. There has been fraud associated with this feature on eBay, so to ensure that the offer is legitemate, please log-in to your eBay account to verify the offer.
US SHIPPING
I provide several options for US shipping which are listed on each auction page. I also offer discounts for multiple items purchased and in some cases FREE shipping on additional items when multiple items are purchased and paid for at the same time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Some items are offred to international buyers with several shipping options. International shipping can be calculated at the bottom of each ad by choosing the appropriate country as shown in the pictures below:
PAYMENT
Payment is expected promptly after the auction end. Please try to pay within 24 hours of the end of the auction so I can ship your item out as quickly as possible.
Non-paying Winning bidders will be reported to eBay immediately and if the item is not paid for, the winning bidder will be banned for life from bidding on any of my future auctions (no exceptions made).
RETURNS
I’m a reseller and as a result can not offer a return or money back guarantee except when an item is grossly mis-represented from the ad. In that case, I will gladly work with the buyer on an exchange if another identical item is available or a full refund when the item is returned.
WARRANTY
Because I'm a reseller, I can not offer any warranty on any of the items I sell, except a guarantee that each item is exactly as advertised. If an item should arrive in a condition other than advertised, please contact me ASAP and I’ll do my best to rectify the situation.
I also encourage the purchase of shipping insurance as I will not be held liable for lost or damaged shipments when insurance is not purchased.
